User Story

* I want to know whether saved signons are actually being used (as opposed to being leftover from when the user previously used Firefox's password manager or from before the user switched to another browser as their primary one). This will help track usage of the password manager.

At telemetry collection time, report the sum of the difference between the collection time and the timeLastUsed field for all signons and divide it by the total number of signons.

The probe name/description should include the unit of time that the value is measured in.
We may want to avoid a master password (MP) prompt and skip this if the MP hasn't been entered yet although it will lead to under-counting MP users. A better solution to deal with MP is bug 1120836 or caching the result from when MP was last unlocked.

I would prefer something of the form: count of passwords used in the last day count of passwords used in the last week count of passwords used in the last month count of passwords used in the last 6 months total number of saved passwords That should give us some flexibility.
