I have a patch for this posted on netscape.public.mozilla.patches. Please add
this as soon as possible. If you need another copy of the patch, please feel
free to mail me.

I have a machine in the Mozilla-External section of Tinderbox, FYI.

If anyone is interested in developing Mozilla on Linux Alpha, I can probably
help, mail me.

We completely revamped the build process a couple of months ago so that this
file is automatically generated.  I'm going to close this bug under the
assumption that the problem has gone away.  Please reopen it if I'm mistaken.
