Probably forgot to remove this after we shipped 31.2.0 (which was the first release that had 24.0* esr updates to it.

Reading https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1018694 and https://wiki.mozilla.org/Releases/Firefox_31.2.0esr/BuildNotes#Modify_snippets_-_whatsnew_pages seems to confirm that we don't want them for 31* -> 31.4.0.

I'll leave the 24* ones pointed at https://www.mozilla.org/an/firefox/31.2.0/whatsnew/?oldversion=%OLD_VERSION%, because it's exactly the same as https://www.mozilla.org/an/firefox/31.4.0/whatsnew/?oldversion=%OLD_VERSION%.

It's fixed now. We should probably get something about this on the checklist - we may need to do something with ever release even after moving to Balrog.
