STR:
1) load up a good bugzilla page (or any page really)
2) resize Nightly browser window
I'm sure this is specific to my video hardware, I recently updated to a new dell workstation and have been seeing this quite a bit. Also frequency ties into the display resolution. The higher the setting, the more likely you will see it.
In the video I'll post my display was set to 2560x1600.

Can you check to see which versions of FF this affects? Is it on release as well, or is it a recent regression?

In that range bug 1107297 sounds like the most plausible candidate to me. Speculatively blocking that and cc'ing folks.

Great, thanks kats. FYI I was also noticing resize hangs while testing, which looks like bug 1113197.
