1121142 - Changing Android language settings does not change everything i Firefox for Android (for example : about:)

Steps to reproduce:

Start Firefox for Android.
Change language using the Android settings app.


Actual results:

Not everything changes language in Firefox for Android.
For example the about: page keeps being in english eventhough i change the language to something else.

Restarting Firefox will make the about: page follow the new language setting.


Expected results:

about: page should also change language.

PS: I tested this in the android-sdk emulator so maybe some could test if this also happens on a device.

I don't have an Android device i tested it in android-sdk emulator.
But if someone with an Android device could test we can know if this only happens in the emulator or not.

We can close this bug i don't test Android stuff anymore.

When we have a new Beta build, all the languages are tested. But if someone finds an issue please reopen this bug. I will close as worksforme.
