Description:
When long-pressing Home button to enter task manager view, the transition animation is sometimes glitchy and not smooth - it's as if the screenshot/tab is being drawn twice.

STR:
0) Open a few apps
1) While in an app, long-press Home button to initiate task manager, and observe the animation
2) If issue doesn't repro, switch to another app in cards view, enter the app, and enter task manager again.

Expected: Animation for entering cards view is always smooth

Actual: Animation for entering cards view is not always smooth

Repro rate: 6/10

In the video, only the first attempt of bringing up cards view does NOT repro the bug; all the rest of the attempts reproduce the bug, although some more noticeable than others.

Issue reproduces on Flame 2.2. Task manager initializing animation is not always smooth.

Flame 2.1 displays a different kind of cards view - the screenshot is much bigger while in task manager and issue does NOT repro on there.

This should be fixed at some point but i don't think this is severe enough to block. There are known similar issues with task manager such as bug 1106918

Removing regression keyword since task manager changed for 2.2
