We have a lot of b2g device builds and it seems unlikely to me that we need them all. For example, we run hamachi everywhere still. We run dolphin and wasabi on mozilla-central. I discovered recently that dolphin nightly updates have been completely broken since the beginning of time, too, which makes me question whether or not that build is useful at all on b2g30. I don't want to kill anything that's useful, but anything that's not adding value should go away to save money and free up machines to do other work. Here's a list of all of the device builds we do: Ash: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi b2g-inbound: * Dolphin * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Cedar: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Cypress: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Fx-team: * Dolphi * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Gum: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Jamun: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Maple: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi b2g30/1.4: * Dolphin * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi b2g32/2.0: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi b2g34/2.1: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi b2g37/2.2: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi mozilla-central: * Dolphin * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi mozilla-inbound: * Dolphin * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Oak: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Pine: * Flame * Hamachi * Helix * Nexus 4 * Wasabi Bhavana, are you able to help sort out which devices are useful on which branches?

I've emailed a few releng/QA/devices folks to get input on these as there were strictly restricted by then. Hoping to have comments here soon on what we can disable.

Wasabi can be killed completely. Helix builds can be stopped, though we'll probably want to leave the manifests for a little longer.
also switch some logging calls to DEBUG instead of INFO to clean up the regular output
