Bug caused by (feature/regressing bug #): bug 1102703, bug 1106858
User impact if declined: WBS features cannot be supported by simply updating bluetoothd. Gecko should be updated as well if WBS features have been completed in bluetoothd.
Testing completed: enable/disable, pair/unpair, connect/disconnect, file transfer, music playback.
Risk to taking this patch (and alternatives if risky): Low. bluetoothd has not been activated by default at this stage.
