Description:
 When you send a bluetooth transfer the recipient must approve the transfer. If a subsequent file is sent after the file has been approved for transfer but the transfer is not complete yet then the file will be sent without being prompted for approval.
This could be used mischievously to spam many (possibly unwanted) files to someone who only accepts the first file to "see what it's all about"

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150115010229
2) Connect to another device via Bluetooth
3) Have that other device send a large file (that will take a while to download)
4) Approve the transfer request
5) While file transfers have the other device send more files

Actual:
The other files are automatically downloaded 

Expected:
 Each individual file transfer will require approval.
