Environment: Device: Nexus 4 (Android 4.4.4); Build: Nightly 38.0a1 (2015-01-16); Prerequisites: 1. Make sure you have more that three items in the Top sites list view so the Top Sites panel can be scrolled. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch Fennec; 2. Swipe up and down in the Top Sites panel. Expected result: The scroll bar does not change its size. Actual result: The scroll bar changes its size when swiping up and down in the Top Sites panel. As far as I know, this the standard Android scroll bar behavior on certain views - see the Play Store app. Please re-open if you disagree.
