Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0 Build ID: 20150116030203 Steps to reproduce: hover mouse over rt scroll bar thumb hover mouse over bottom scroll bar thumb note difference. Actual results: hovering over rt scroll bar is inappropriately a thin black horizontal double-arrow. hovering over bottom scroll bar is correctly a white arrow pointer. Expected results: both cursor types should be same as with bottom scroll thumb, a white arrow pointer.
they seem to be swapped when I am in yahoo mail (different tab).
