Details

We have lots of users that already use a Firefox Account to sync their Android device. We're about to add a new Firefox Account-attached service: reading list. We're not in the habit of automatically turning on a service that shares your data to the cloud, so we need some way to offer this service to these existing users: in a settings pane, in a doorhanger or in-content notification in the reading list home panel, and perhaps in a doorhanger when adding a new item to your reading list.
