Steps to reproduce:

1. Tap Settings
2. Tap Sounds option
3. Tap Ringtones/Alerts option
4. Tap any Ringtone items


Actual results:

It doesn't preview (play) the tone even when you tap a selected tone, it wouldn't play a sound.

The ringtone preview does not work is a sign of an older Android version. Once you download LineageOS 19 which is based on Android 12 download as of 2021.

After updating to the latest version try installing Firefox again and see if you can play the ringtones default on the browser itself.
