Steps to reproduce:
1. Open about:preferences or any other internal or extension page.
2. Move that tab to another window
Actual results:
New window is opened with a new empty tab, tab remains in old window and isn't closable anymore.
Expected results:
Tab should have been moved to the new window and still be closable.
