COMMENTS
I don't know if events is the right componenent and I'm afraid that filing here
will once again prove it to be a black hole, but it's still my best guess. It's
easy to break out of the drag, just click somewhere so I put it in severity minor.
Target Milestone: --- → mozilla1.0
Target Milestone: mozilla1.0 → mozilla1.1
This behavior is also found on OS X. build 2002022208. Obviously not the same
steps to reproduce, but dragging the handle, then draggin outside the window and
releasing the mouse button causes the same problem.
ALTERNATE STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press the left mousebutton over the scrollbar to drag it.
2. Drag the mouse to the *LEFT* of the scrollbar (over content area)
3. Click the right mouse button.
4. Release the left mouse button over any menu separator or disabled item
5. Move the mouse over anywhere outside of the menu.

"Same difference" but I thought I should mention it.
