Restore link to the executable version of TheCount once PaaS issues resolved:

You can find an example of this method of store creation in <TheCount|http://thecount.paas.allizom.org/home>. At the time of writing, to see the example in action click <apps with at least 30 ratings|http://thecount.paas.allizom.org/listing/min_ratings/30> and open any of the listed apps. In the app's details page you'll see an install button directly below the title, as shown below.

Hi Richard, https://thecount.paas.allizom.org/ is back online. Would you mind doing the edit to restore the links? I tried to figure out where to paste in the markup format above, but was stumped.

I've updated the page to add the links + info back in; I've also updated the screenshot, as the UI looks quite a bit different now.
