Steps to reproduce:
Cannot enable Restart to Update Button from About Mozilla but displaying Firefox is being updated by another instance - disabled mode.
1. Verify Automatically install updates is ON but disable field
2. Checked Show update history but cannot update new version 35.0
Actual results:
Displaying firefox is being updated by another instance but disabled
Expected results:
Enable Restart to Update

Did you try closing all your open instances of Firefox and rebooting your machine?
