User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:38.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/38.0
Build ID: 20150119030222
Steps to reproduce:
Install attached extension (a subset of a production extension) which creates an XUL button with 'Press' cursor icon at viewport left margin. No active code is included.
Actual results:
*. Move mouse to left margin -- 'Press' icon appears. This is correct.
*. Move mouse right -- 'Press' icon only disappears when some other elements are
encountered -- NOT just the page background. This is INCORRECT.
Expected results:
'Press' icon should disappear after leaving the button element.

The 'Edgewise' extension is currently using this XUL element and cursor image in production Firefox without this problem.
