Details

Changes on child review requests should only ever be triggered and published via the root review request to ensure uniform control across all children.
Which changes do you mean? Isn't pretty much everything read-only? Or do you mean via the web API?

TBH, I have no idea what I was talking about here. We currently only allow modifications for child requests on the parent anyways. So I think this is WFM - however, since I can't really remember why exactly this was filed, I'll just go ahead and mark it INCOMPLETE.
