112426 - page does not load and get a connection refused IE works

After entering the url I get connection refused message and have to resort to IE
to use the site.

212.113.5.17 is dead.  If Mozilla gets a hold of this IP first (1 in 3 chance
unless Mozilla sorts the list, which would be completely insane), it times out
and won't try the other two.  I believe this is a manifestation of bug #86917
(which IE/NC don't suffer from), a workaround in this case is to connect to
http://www.directline.com (which http://www.directline.co.uk redirects the
browser to anyway).
