Bug 1075573 is an intermittent test failure in test_videocontrols_standalone.html, affecting Android only. That test checks to see if the test video is paused when the test starts; if it is paused, it waits for a play event. On Android, the test passes if the video is initially not paused; the test always fails if the video is initially paused -- the video never plays. This has led to speculation that autoplay is not working reliably on Android. With bug 988253 we no longer auto play by default. No idea if it's related. Just wanted you to be aware.
I didn't effectively identify the issue here, and there's been lots of changes since then.
