Description:
Flame 2.2 builds made after January 12th default to the 'nightly-b2g37' channel (as opposed to prior builds, which were set to the 'nightly' channel for Master).  This channel never returns any builds available for update.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150120002507
2) Connect the device to a Data or WiFi network.
3) Open the Settings app and navigate to Device Information
4) Scroll down and select 'Check Now' under Check for Updates
  
Actual:
No updates are returned
  
Expected: 
The latest update is returned and the user is able to perform an OTA

This would fail smoke tests.  Doesn't appear to be a regression for the channel.

As Martine mentioned in summary, there is no build return from xml.
NI developer's help on this.

Ben, I can see there are builds for flame-kk with b2g37:
mozilla-b2g37_v2_2-flame-kk-eng/
mozilla-b2g37_v2_2-flame-kk/

But I don't know why there is no update available on aus4.

Looks like this was missed when the uplift was done. Rail fixed it.

Verified fixed on Flame 2.2.
Device is able to successfully update to the latest build using the nightly-b2g37 channel.

Clearing the blocking nom for 2.2? as this is already fixed/verified on that branch per the status flag
