Great to have to measure the effectiveness of password manager but not as important as fixing regressions.

Summary: telemetry probe for measuring the amount of time spent on login pages → Telemetry probe for measuring the amount of time spent on login pages

It's unclear how we can tell which page is a login page, quite a lot of sites are using popups to show their login forms. Not clear how we can deal with multipage login forms.
Also unclear is how to measure that time? Time login page was opened in some inactive tab? Or time user was at computer actively working with login form?

However, most important is how we can understand this time and what we can do with that information?

Closing as wontfix, but feel free to reopen with more details.
