Details
We want to cycle data more aggressively on some tables to save some space on disk. We should have a mapping in our settings that specifies the data cycle interval for a target table and fall back to a default in case that's not available.

I looked at the code and this implementation would require more than a few changes to the code. Since bug 1125903 will solve the disk space problem at the root, I don't think it's worth to spend time on it.
