The Settings page which can opened on error is empty on Gaia 3.0

Steps to reproduce:
1. Push Firefox Hello to device.
2. Launch app.
3. Get to end of tutorial screen.
4. Choose to use the phone number.
5. Tap the 'X' to close the screen for entering the phone number.
Result: Error message gets shown:
"signUpFail = Sorry, the logging process failed. Please, try again. If the problem persists and you are logged in Firefox Accounts you might need to log out or check time settings on the Settings App."
6. Tap on the button to open the Settings app.
Actual result:
Settings app gets opened, header is 'Settings' and button on the right 'Done', but the body is empty. Maybe MozActivity changed?

Hi! This seems to be related with 3.0, but I can not reproduce it in 2.0. 
We will investigate why it's not working as expected in master, and it seems that it's related with how Settings App is handling the activity. I got the following error in the console:

"W/Firefox Hello(12086):     at _openConnectivitySettings/activity.onerror (app://loop.services.mozilla.com/js/screens/error_screen.js:47:6)"

Sorry, I was wrong in Comment 1, the issue does not reproduce in 2.0, so removing the whiteboard [Room1.1.1_TestRun1] as version 1.1.1 has 2.0 FxOS as target Release.

Anyway, let's keep the bug opened as we need to investigate in which release MozActivity has changed and therefore adapt the application to those changes if, in the future, we land Firefox Hello Mobile app on the affected versions.
