Hi Devon,

The project shouldn't start until the product is localized and QAed to avoid unnecessary mistakes at this phase.

Tannie, after you are done with South Africa locales, this is the next high priority language.  

Devon, let's use the "lightbox" to select images that we can consider the region. Please try to select Royalty free type of images.

There's something I don't understand.

3 strings were completely changed (including the reference string)

From

To

I don't see anything that explains this change in this bug.

For now I've uploaded the file using the new "translations" for the old reference strings (r140070).

Those were some strings I suggested to support the new images for the Africa markets. Someone had mentioned that beach time wasn't appropriate, nor obviously the snow day. These were just suggestions and could certainly be improved on, or modified depending on final image choices.

Can we get this started? You will be very busy for the next two weeks with several languages to put together.

I have asked Rubric to curate images for Western Africa and hopefully we will have the suggestion list mid week.  

I will send you an email on the plan for remainder of April in preparation for the launch.  Let's prioritize and get this done - hopefully much smoother than the 3 you just completed.

I'm already putting it together! I'll have the images and some notes tomorrow. I think by now it's mostly the video gallery strings that may need individual attention depending on the images we use to replace.

Tannie, any update on the progress?  As per email communication, the suggested images are sent to you and Matej (on PTO) for review. If you decide on any of the images especially for video gallery, let's call out those strings and get them translated.

If you can send over to Rubric something for them to review by the end of the day, that would be great.

Screen 27: By looking at all the other messages, "tay" should be upper case.
Screen 37: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/?lang=wo/ - this is a testing site but should give you what you need.

Our Wolof translator confirmed that the strings are correct and error-free.  

Please note the following:
Screen # 10

Nogaye Fall is female and picture should be updated accordingly
Moussa Faye is male
Rama Gueye is male

Screen #35 
Image of dog should be changed to the West African image related to soccer.
