block images from site without having to visit it

Details
I would like to be able to block all images from a site without having to
actually visit it and then right-click and choose block images, because the
images might be, let's say, very obnoxious. This would protect against malicious
disguised links to that site.
The obvious site where this would be useful is goa***.cx (URL censored to
protect the innocent).

This WOULD be a nice feature to have. Maybe implement by adding a text input
for the URL to add in the Image Manager dialog, with an "Add Site" button.
