From the email Lukas sent back in July when they were enabled: "On January 6th, when we release Firefox 35, those will be the last builds for Firefox Android for armv6/2.2 users from the mozilla-esr31 branch." Currently, esr31 is closed over in bug 1121720 due to Android mochitests being permafail from a recent mozharness change. Can we just kill the builds we aren't supposed to be running anymore and WONTFIX that?

If yes, you'll need to get rid of the relase configs, mozconfigs under mozilla2 (if any) and disable the branch in mobile_release_branches in http://hg.mozilla.org/build/tools/file/e2db63a7cacf/buildfarm/maintenance/production-masters.json
