STR: 1. Touch down, noting the item under your finger. 2. Scroll some distance. 3. Notice that the item/point under your finger is no longer the same. Desired behavior: The "dead zone" should be added to the scroll distance. Otherwise, it feels like it lost distance due to lag (even though it's not actually lag). This appears to be due to the click-vs-scroll threshold discussed in another bug I'm filing simultaneously; if that bug is addressed, it would eliminate the dead zone, which would also solve this problem.
Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens. As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
