[RTL][Calendar]When you go to Week/Day view of Calendar app, the hour marker does not place at the right side of the screen.

Prerequisite: Set system language as Arabic.
1. Launch Calendar app.
2. Change to Week/Day view.
3. Observe the hour marker.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. The hour marker shoud place at right side of the screen.

3. The hour marker places at left side of the screen.
