According to w3c, http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-html/2000Jul/0076.html
an html compliant browser should allow a user to select multiple files
attachment within the same for input command.
Opera does; Neither Ie nor netscape does.
See also: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-html/2000Jul/0077.html
Step to reproduce:
Open any web page with a <INPUT TYPE="file"> TAG and try to select
two files holding down **** or control. It will work as it it supposed
to with opera (tested with release 5 on winNT).
I tagged the severity to "Normal" as it seems to be a bug since according to the
specs, it should work. On the other hand,
it is also an enhancement...
