Steps to reproduce:

1.Open any yt video uploaded at 60fps
2. Select 1080/720p(30fps)


Actual results:

Skipped frames and video playing at 30-50fps


Expected results:

It should cap at 30fps or there should be option for 60fps(finally)

pasting in about:support would be helpful. Frame dropping is a perf issue so knowing the hardware configuration would also be helpful.

Not for me. Video playback was much improved a few versions after this.
