User Story

When you have a large number of products, it would be helpful if each product (or classification) could have its own workflow.  Right now, Bugzilla only supports site-wide workflows. 

In addition, it would be good if the default assignee automatically changed based on the status of the workflow.  This way, there's an automated mechanism to pass ownership based on the state.
It would be good if the assignee gets changed automatically based on the bug_status of the ticket. This would be similar to the ticket status workflow comment matrix, but for the assignee field.
