[RTL][Contacts]When you press check box to check contacts, the contacts can not be checked.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Set system language as Arabic and at least one contact is in Contacts app.
1. Launch Contacts app.
2. Tap Settings -> Delete Contacts.
3. Press check box to check contacts.

[3.Expected Result]: 
3. Contacts should be checked.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3. You can not check contacts when you press check box.

A really bad issue which makes bulk delete unusable for somebody who's only familiar with typing on checkboxes. Can we get this issue triaged, Dylan?

It does repro against GMail and Facebook bulk import too.

Since bug 1116803 has landed the alphascroll has been moved to the left, and we don't have any problem to click.

1116803 has been verified,but this isssue still exist on Flame 2.2,when I tap on the checkbox Its hard to checked .Refer to video VIDEO0100_Compress.MP4
