Os: Win 8.1 x32

STR:

1. Start downloading http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/firefox-38.0a1.en-US.win64-x86_64.tests.zip
2. Pause the download.
3. Right click the paused download -> open containing folder

Expected:
The containing folder is opened.

Actual:
The folder is not opened.
This issue is not e10s related.
Mistakenly filed against Firefox 38 and should be instead 38 Branch. Sorry for the spam. dkl
