The crash-report-tools in bug 1126369 needs to be able to read from and write to the org.mozilla.crash-analysis.public bucket.
Done, works for uploading reports: http://org.mozilla.crash-analysis.public.s3.amazonaws.com/crash-bugs/2015.weeklybugs.html
