Since it looks like we will be using the OU attribute to include the word "Preliminary"(see bug 1123915) in the signing certificate's subject, we can follow the same model of deployment that we currently use with the FirefoxOS privileged reviewer app signing: a parallel instance of the signing service listening on a different port. A configuration file change will need to be included: In the [dnbase] section of the INI file "OU = Preliminary" will need to be added.
