Loop v1.1.1/d4d6d37

User_A logged in loop from mobile_A
User_B logged in lopp from Desktop


STR:
1.- User_A joins in a Room_1 and select the other camera that has by default (He is the only one in Room_1)
2.- User_B makes a video loop call to User_A
3.- Answer the loop call from mobile_A (video), and the loop call is established.

ACTUAL RESULT:
No video is received from User_B, and Mobile_A's own video remains in black. (please, see attached picture)

The issue here will be fixed by the patch from bug 1126860 which fixes the root cause of both issues.

Resolving this as dup of bug 1126860 since both have the same root cause.
