Details

After we've fixed the various data expiration issues, we should check for any orphaned rows and remove them.
Priority: P3 → P4
It's probably worth checking whether the resultsets marked as inactive (to stop continual missing-pushlog ingestion for eg l10n) get a timestamp, and so are expired with everything else.
