I'm seeing this too (On both a Win2008R2 x64 PC and a Win2012R2 x64 VM). Context menu, select element drop-downs and the middle-click scroll cursor consistently appears ~100px vertically below the mouse pointer. They're also offset slightly to the left. Disabling E10S makes them appear in the right place. This only happens inside the content area. Context menus appear correctly if I right-click the bookmark bar for instance. Additionally when middle-clicking, the scroll cursor appears offset from the mouse pointer.
