Steps to Reproduce
1. reset the phone
2. place into arabic
3. make sure you have wifi on
4. tap the rocketbar
5. type in 3 letters
Expected Results
1. utility bubble is RTL
Actual Results
1. utility bubble in LTR

The function have been removed on Flame 2.2 and Flame 3.0, so remove the moztrap+ flag.
