Im running Mozilla build 2001112012 on a Redhat 7.1 system. I use WindowMaker as
my window manager. When I start Mozilla from a menu item it starts and runs fine
but if i start Mozilla Mail also from a menu item while the browser is
running,it comes up with no resize bar. This does not happen in Enlightenment or
Gnome. I first noticed this in Mozilla 9.5. Oh yeah, if i start mail first it
still happens when i start the browser. If I start the browser fron Mozilla Mail
itself it does not happen. If I start Mail from the browser it does not happen.

What version of WindowMaker are you running?  I am not sure I see the problem
described on WindowMaker 0.70

Could you try this on a newer build and list exact steps to reproduce? 
Screenshots would be helpful too.

What version of WindowMaker are you running?  I don't see this in WindowMaker 0.80.0

Also, what type of menus are you using?  proplist or the older preprocessor ones?
And what are your menu definitions for Mozilla?

No response from the reporter --> WORKSFORME because I can't reproduce.
