Occurs on m-c
STR:
1.  Change language in settings to Arabic.
2.  make an outbound call and answer far end to keep the call up.
3.  While in the callscreen, hit the home button.
4.  Wait for the larger notification bar to go away.  You should be left with the slim notification bar on top indicating that there is some call going on.
5.  Pull down that bar.

Expected:  Should be able to tap on the Callscreen icon to take you back to the callscreen.

actual:  Callscreen flickers and disappears.  There is no way to get back to your call in progress.

Sorry, assumed this was about 2.2.
It is in fact fixed on 2.2:

Johan, do you continue seeing the issue in master?
With a today master build I am not seeing it anymore.
