Environment:
==============
OS: Win NT 4.0 SP-6
Mozilla BuildID: 2001112803
Summary:
=========
When trying to get to the "Kundenforum" of the above mentioned
cellphone-provider I get the error-message:
"The connection was refused when attempting to contact freemail.web.de"
Reproducible: always
Steps to Reproduce:
====================
1. Start Mozilla
2. Enter "www.debitel.de" in the location bar
3. On the upper-middle part of the upcoming page you'll find a text called
"Kundenforum: Exclusiv-Service für debitel-Kunden"
=> click this link!
Actual Results:
================
Error message "The connection was refused when attempting to contact
www.debitel.de" appears...
Expected Results:
==================
Selected page appears without any errors
Additional Information:
========================
Using Netscape 4.51 and MSIE 5.5 everything works fine.
Perhaps this is a duplicate of #112770 but as this pages doesn't deal with SSL
(at least not at this point) I decided to open a seperate one...

Works fine here as well. Probably a temporary server glitch. Reporter, please
try again and verify this resolution if it works now.

Sorry - no change in behaviour of the page... I suggest checking this problem
again @home as I have this problem since several days (so I don't suspect this
to be a server glitch :o( ) - unfortunately I can't exactly tell, when this
problem first occured...
So perhaps it's a problem on my side - but as mentioned in the bug description:
other browsers work fine...
Suggesting leaving bug in state "open" as problem still persists... Will
install Mozilla on another machine here in the company and see what happens...

The "Kundenforum" link is http://www.debitel.de/kunden/index.php. That does a
302 redirect to https://www.debitel.de/kunden/index.php (note the httpS).
So it seems this is the same as bug 112770.
Reporter: Can you still reproduce the problem? Also, do the other browsers
(Netscape4, IE) use a proxy for https?
Finally I found the cause of this problem - the port of our SSL proxy has been
changed so I will change the state of this bug to "duplicate" of #112770...
Thanks for your help!
Cheers, Erik
