Once I disabled test_peerConnection_twoAudioVideoStreams.html (bug 1171255), https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=18d60eaceabe&group_state=expanded&filter-searchStr=mochitest-e10s-4 says this will build up to an also-unacceptable 8% failure rate. Good thing nobody ever said that disabling until morale improves would be a short easy road.

It was disabled at one point on e10s; I think we re-enabled it on e10s because a smaller number of retriggers didn't show an orange (overall orange factor from this test is low).
