In iceweasel 31.3.0, I select
Tools --> Add-ons
and, for
Shockwave Flash 11.2.202.425
I click on "update now"
Actual results:
We're sorry, but we can't find what you're looking for.
Expected results:
it's obvious in that case!

This is still an issue in February. http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer is no longer a valid page. Instead you want https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer

And to clarify, this issue is (also?) present on https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/
Adobe Flash is no longer supported.
