Hi, I have an improvement suggestion: I think it would be great, if you could implement the possibility to hide/show tabs. And maybe you could create some shortcut keys to hide/show some specific/all tabs. I personally would love that.  Regards.

The only thing that prevent me from using Tree Style Tab - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/tree-style-tab/ is that I cannot hide the default tabs, I think this is visually disturbing to see both a horizontal (the default tabs) and a vertical (Tree Style Tab) tab list.

I suggest that you make it possible to show/hide the default tabs in Firefox by adding: Tools -> Toolbars -> Tabs

These add-ons obsoleted could be used in old Firefox versions:
* Hide Tabbar - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/hide-tabbar/ -- 4 years old, no way to contact the author.
* MinUI - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/minui/ -- 6 years old, no way to contact the author.

Bug 1423725 introduced preliminary tab hiding in Firefox 59.
