[1.Description]:
[RTL][Calendar]When you check the Week and Day view in calendar with RTL language, events can not be shown and a wrong time shows at the left of Day view .

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Prerequisite: Set system language as Arabic.
1. Launch Calendar app.
2. Create a new event.
3. Change to Week and Day view.
4. Observe the event in Week and Day view.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The event in Week and Day view should be displayed correctly.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4. There is no event in Week and Day view and  a wrong time  shows at the left of Day view.

This issue is verified fixed on the latest Flame 3.0 build.
The event in Week and Day view is displayed correctly

This issue still occurs on the latest Flame 2.2 build.
