Details
I was playing a long YouTube video. Eventually, the YouTube video stopped playing midstream and put up a throbber. Meanwhile, I have a bunch of threads that seem to be spewing events that are MediaDecoderStateMachine::DecodeAudio which ends up calling into SwitchAudioReader() etc.
No progress is being made and Firefox is using 200% of the CPU

Have you reproduce this recently? We fixed something similar to this recently, may be the same issue.
