Restoring Firefox helped in all cases i have found. Not good, but it helped.

Can you still experience the same problem?
If it is still there can you upload or send a log:
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Debugging/HTTP_logging
but in this line NSPR_LOG_MODULES=timestamp,nsHttp:5,nsSocketTransport:5,nsStreamPump:5,nsHostResolver:5
add proxy:5
NSPR_LOG_MODULES=timestamp,nsHttp:5,nsSocketTransport:5,nsStreamPump:5,nsHostResolver:5,proxy:5

Yes, i do still have several collegues who have this error. Some of them have used the restore function, but i do know there are more, but i do not know of them. If i find another one i will create the trace with proxy:5 added.
